If something goes wrong, tell us.

The digital result is intended to be delivered immediately after a successful payment. If it is not delivered or does not work as described, contact contact page so the issue can be investigated and remedied. Duplicate or erroneous charges can also be reported.

Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. If a Merchant of Record or payment provider handles a purchase, its applicable refund process may also apply. Where the law requires consent and acknowledgement before immediate digital supply affects a withdrawal right, these will be obtained during the future checkout flow.
